Meet the Founder, Caitlin
Caitlin Quarrington built Sono on a simple conviction: work is best when people connect to their individual purpose, to each other, and the work itself.
She has led global culture strategy at Autodesk and shaped employee experience at Amazon Web Services, where she supported more than 15,000 people through rapid growth and constant change. Across Fortune 500 tech, nonprofits, and education, she's facilitated hundreds of workshops and leadership conversations. She's a certified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 practitioner, and trained coach through the Co-Active Training Institute.
Her path started in a science classroom, and that belief in curiosity never left. Her TED-Ed talk, The Key to Work is Play, argues that meaningful work is built through play, connection, and trust.
